为实现2000年我国城镇居民小康居住水平的战略目标,贯彻“在同样造价、同样投入的情况下,精心规划,精心设计,精心施工,达到造价不高,水平高;标准不高,质量高;面积不大,功能全”的要求,是设计,施工人员的职责与任务。提高住宅的质量,创造舒适安全的居住环境,乃是居民最为关心的。本来所提出的问题中没有高深的学问,但常为设计和施工人员所忽略;只要稍加重视即可解决。现将笔者认为应该注意的一些问题如列
