测定使用过程中磷化液各组分的变化,找出消耗规律,制备出校正液。通过SEM、XPS、XRD和阴极极化曲线等表征方法对磷化膜的形貌、组成、物相和抗蚀性能等的变化情况进行了分析。结果表明,磷化液在使用过程中主体成分的消耗比例为PO43-∶Zn2+∶F-∶Ni2+=353∶141∶44∶1;形成最佳磷化膜的酸比范围是TA/FA=10~15。
Determination of changes in the use of phosphating solution components, find out the consumption rules, prepare a correction fluid. The morphology, composition, phase and corrosion resistance of the phosphate coating were characterized by SEM, XPS, XRD and cathodic polarization curves. The results show that the consumption ratio of the main component of the phosphating solution during the use process is PO43 -Zn2 +: F-Ni2 + = 353: 141: 44: 1. The optimum phosphating film has a TA / FA ratio of 10 ~ 15.
