本文介绍模拟电子技术课程中的晶体管分压式共射放大电路的基本工作原理和参数计算,并利用Multisim软件对该电路进行仿真。通过Multisim软件仿真得出电路的静态工作点、电压放大倍数、输入电阻、输出电阻,并得到了该电路的频率特性。通过电路的仿真,进一步理解晶体管共射放大电路的工作原理和参数计算。
This article introduces the basic working principle and parameter calculation of the transistor voltage-divider common-emitter amplifier circuit in the course of analog electronic technology, and uses Multisim software to simulate the circuit. By Multisim software simulation circuit derived static operating point, voltage amplification, input resistance, output resistance, and the frequency characteristics of the circuit. Through the simulation of the circuit, we can further understand the working principle and parameter calculation of the transistor cascode amplifier circuit.
