是否承认片面共犯,国内外刑法学者争议很大,本文认为适用间接正犯理论才是合理解决片面共犯者的犯罪性问题的最佳出路。
Whether admitting one-sided accomplice or not, domestic and foreign criminal law scholars have a lot of controversies. This article holds that the application of indirect principal offensive theory is the best way to solve the criminal problem of one-sided accomplice reasonably.
