本文基于要实现经济扭亏,必须做到精神扭亏的论点,结合九江船用机械厂的实践,从提高领导影响力、把握好群众情绪、看到自己的力量方面,论述了精神扭亏的关键、工作重心和重要方法。 随着经济体制从传统的计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变,有相当一部分三线企业,亏损加大,负债加重,陷入了困境、有的甚至滑到了存亡的边缘。如何走出困境、扭亏增盈?众多企业都在苦苦思索。笔者认为,政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线,要实现经济扭亏,必须做到精神扭亏。结合九江船用机械厂等企业的实践,本文就精神扭亏谈一点看法,与大家商榷。
