Introduction For helicopter pilots trained at high temperatures under the threat of chemical and biological agents, individual microclimate cooling can relieve their heat stress. This study tested the ability of 4-person microclimatic liquid cooling system to simulate desert climates to maintain a safe and comfortable physiological condition.
