本文首先从理论上较系统的描述了GaAs半导体光纤温度传感器的构成原理,并据此建立了有关的设计计算方法和技术。提出用LED耦合双尾纤的方法构成光纤温度传感系统,可有效解决长时间实时温度遥测的问题。文章还介绍了利用单板机实现数据采集的硬件和软件技术。这一研究成果使这种传感器具有多路智能化温度实时监测能力,向实用化阶段前进了一步。
In this paper, the principle of GaAs semiconductor optical fiber temperature sensor is described systematically in theory, and the related design and calculation methods and techniques are established accordingly. It is proposed that the fiber-optic temperature sensing system be formed by the method of LED-coupled double pigtails, which can effectively solve the problem of real-time temperature telemetry for a long time. The article also introduced the use of single-board data acquisition hardware and software technology. This research results make this sensor with multiple intelligent temperature real-time monitoring capabilities, to the practical stage of a step forward.
