高质量的X 线片对牙髓病及根尖周病的诊治是一重要辅助。本研究旨在比较上颌磨牙根管治疗中X 线干板片与常规片显影的质量。材料和方法选择12各需作治疗的志愿者进行上颌磨牙的传统根管治疗,其中8只第一磨牙,4只第二磨牙,男女各半,年龄从36岁到71岁。每只牙齿按下列治疗程序拍摄X 线片及干板片:1.术前,2.初锉后行根长度测定,3.根管预备后试充填根管用主尖,4.完成根管充填后。采用同台X 线机作放射源,通过一种改良片夹和一X 线投照角度的定位装置对各牙均用70 KVP和15mA 的曝光条件拍片。曝光时间常规片是60脉冲
High-quality X-ray film on the diagnosis and treatment of endodontic disease and apical period is an important ancillary. The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of X-ray dry film and conventional film development in maxillary molar root canal therapy. MATERIALS AND METHODS CHOICE 12 The volunteers who needed treatment were treated with traditional root canal therapy of the maxillary molars, of which 8 first molars and 4 second molars, half male and female, aged 36 to 71 years. Using the same X-ray machine as a radioactive source, through a modified film clip and a X-ray projection angle positioning device for each tooth with 70 KVP and 15mA exposure conditions filming. Exposure time conventional film is 60 pulses
