随着国家经济的快速发展和社会的进步,土建工程项目正在如火如荼的进行中。在市场经济体制逐渐深入条件下,土建工程面临着更为激烈的市场竞争,因而控制成本具有必要性。现阶段,土建工程造价控制方案中存在一定的问题,不利于土建工程企业有效开展造价控制工作。本文主要对造价控制方案中存在的问题进行分析,并提出造价控制方案的优化策略。
With the rapid development of the national economy and social progress, civil engineering projects are in full swing. With the gradual deepening of the market economy system, civil engineering is facing more intense market competition and cost control is therefore necessary. At this stage, civil engineering project cost control program there are some problems, is not conducive to civil engineering enterprises to effectively carry out cost control. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the cost control scheme and puts forward the optimization strategy of the cost control scheme.
