Romsay—Hunt 综合征是带状疱疹严重型之一,临床上比较少见。是由水痘一带状疱疹病毒侵犯三叉神经膝状结所致。临床表现有耳痛、疱疹和面瘫三大症状。笔者于83年7月遇到一例,经中西医结合治愈。现报告如下。病例: 患者黄××,女性,25岁,83年7月14日开始感到右耳疼痛不适,翌日起红斑、水疱,右颞部呈针刺样痛,全身不适,无发热。19日出现口唇肿胀,口角歪斜,右眼不能
Romsay-Hunt syndrome is one of the severe herpes zoster, clinically rare. Is caused by a herpes zoster virus varicella trigeminal knee caused by knee. Clinical manifestations of earache, herpes and facial paralysis three major symptoms. The author encountered a case in July 83, cured by combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
