峰峰集团有限公司是一个具有55年开采历史的国有特大型煤炭企业,年产原煤1000多万吨,现有职工76949人(含集体企业职工13531人),其中女职工19509名(含集体企业女职工9681名)。由于资源枯竭等多种原因,目前下岗女职工有5113人,其中集体企业女职工3588人。因此,实施下岗女职工再就业的任务艰巨而繁重。近两年,集团公司工会女职工委员会积极探索在新形势下实现下岗女职工再就业的方法和途径,并取得明显效果。
