In accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Treaty of Amity and Mutual Assistance between the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Republic of Mongolia signed at Ulan Bator on May 31, 1960, the Presidium of the People’s Republic of China and the Great People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China, Economic and trade relations further development and consolidation, decided to conclude the treaty of commerce. To this end, the plenipotentiaries of the various factions are as follows: President of the People’s Republic of China specially convenes Ye Ji Zhuang, minister of foreign trade of the People’s Republic of China; presiding over the presiding officer of the Hulunar Masters of the People’s Republic of Mongolia on behalf of the First Vice-Chairman of the Mongolian People’s Republic of China
