1 Introduction According to turbine and pump turbine model performance calculation of real machine performance conversion method, as Japan has made painstaking research in recent years and its research results have been included in the “Japanese Society of Mechanical Standard JSME S008 ” and “Japanese Industrial Code JIS B8103 ”. At the same time promote the IEC TC4
