以往工业与民用建筑屋面一般采用的沥青卷材防水层的做法是,先铺预制板,板端和板间拼合缝填满水泥砂浆,再抹水泥砂浆找平层,然后铺两毡三油。这种施工方法板端和板间拼合缝中水泥砂浆没有伸缩性。由于受气候冷热变化的影响,机械外力的震动作用,地基不均匀沉陷,促使防水层老化、断裂,导致沿板端和板间拼合缝漏水。
In the past, the practice of bituminous membrane waterproofing used in industrial and civil building roofing was to prefabricate prefabricated panels.
