中国石化洛阳分公司连续重整装置规模为0.7Mt/a,是承接炼油与化纤的一套重要装置。该装置在多年的运行过程中逐渐暴露出轻石脑油分离效果差、石脑油罐区污染严重、反应加热炉热效率低、再生烧焦峰温下移以及反应进料板壳式换热器内漏等问题,严重影响了装置的安稳优长周期运行。针对这些问题进行分析探讨,并采取一些列优化改造措施:通过实施石脑油加工流程调整改造,解决了轻石脑油分离效果差及石脑油罐区污染严重等问题;通过增上反应加热炉空气预热系统,解决了加热炉热效率低的问题;通过割除再生器中心筒外网的网状护板,解决了烧焦峰温下移的隐患,同时将反应进料板壳式换热器更新为缠绕管式换热器。经过一系列优化改造措施,使洛阳石化连续重整装置运行更加经济,提高了装置技术指标,实现了装置挖潜增效和长周期平稳运行的目标。
