本文报告经染毒试验证明,粗棉油对雄性大鼠生殖功能及睾丸生精细胞有明显的损害作用,对雌鼠生殖系统未见明显的影响。10g/L高矿化高盐分水与粗棉油联合染毒其毒作用与粗棉油单独的毒作用相近,未发现增毒作用。结果提示:新疆伽师“不育不孕”的原因与粗棉油关系密切,而与不良水质无明显联系。
The report reported by the poisoning test proved that crude cotton oil on male rats reproductive function and spermatogenic cells of testes obvious damage to the reproductive system of female rats no significant effect. The toxic effect of 10g / L high mineralized high salinity water and crude cottonseed oil was similar to that of crude cottonseed oil, and no toxic effect was found. The results suggest that the reason of Xinjiang Gynecology “infertility infertility” is closely related to the crude cottonseed oil, but has no obvious connection with the bad water quality.
