目的 :探讨降纤酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)对血浆纤维蛋白原 (FG)和肾素 (RA)、血管紧张素 (AngⅡ )的影响。方法 :UAP 60例随机分为对照治疗组 ( 2 5例 )和降纤酶组 ( 3 5例 ) ,前者主要药物包括硝酸酯类、钙离子拮抗剂和阿司匹林 ,后者在上述药物基础上加用降纤酶 5u加入生理盐水 2 5 0ml中静脉点滴 ,每日 1次 ,疗程均为 10天 ,观察心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效和治疗前后血浆FG、RA、AngⅡ含量的变化。结果 :降纤酶组和对照治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为77.2 %和 44 % (P <0 .0 1) ,心电图疗效总有效率分别为 68.5 %和 3 2 % (P <0 .0 1) ;降纤酶组血浆FG、RA、AngⅡ含量治疗后比治疗前显著降低 ,P分别 <0 .0 1、<0 .0 5、<0 .0 5 ,对照治疗组则无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective: To investigate the effects of defibrase on plasma fibrinogen (FG), renin (RA) and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods: 60 UAP patients were randomly divided into control treatment group (25 cases) and defibrotide treatment group (35 cases). The former included nitrates, calcium antagonists and aspirin, the latter on the basis of the above drugs With defibrase 5u added 250ml of normal saline in the intravenous drip, day 1, the course of treatment were 10 days, observed angina pectoris, electrocardiogram efficacy and plasma levels of FG, RA, Ang Ⅱ before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rates of angina pectoris in defibrase group and control group were 77.2% and 44%, respectively (P0.01). The total effective rate of ECG was 68.5% and 32% respectively (P0.01) 1). The levels of plasma FG, RA and AngⅡ in defibrase group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01, <0.05, <0.05), but no significant change in the control group P> 0 .0 5).
