在节能工作中,对能源消耗的精确计量是十分重要的。而对饱和蒸气流量的测量又是在化工、轻工、纺织及其它工业生产中经常遇到的工作。有些企业在测量中出现锅炉出气量大于进水量。产生此种现象影响因素较多,但其中以压力波动而影响计量准确为主要因素。目前在实际生产中,常采用节流装置和差压计配套来测量饱和蒸气的流量。这时,蒸气的流量和差压如下式关系:
