目的:加强内镜附件的清洗工作,确保使用安全。方法:将2004年和2005年胃镜检查共680例分为两组。2004年为对照组,2005年为实验组,观察使用多酶洗液后活检钳的效果。结果:实验组活检钳无一条损坏,活检钳的光泽良好及钳瓣张闭自如;对照组活检钳损坏2条,活检钳的光泽灰暗,钳瓣张闭不灵。结论:使用多酶洗液清洗消毒内镜附件,不但能达到清洗消毒的效果,而且还能延长其使用寿命。
Objective: To strengthen the cleaning of endoscopic attachments to ensure safe use. Methods: A total of 680 cases of gastroscopy in 2004 and 2005 were divided into two groups. 2004 for the control group, 2005 for the experimental group, observed the effect of biopsy forceps using multi-enzyme washings. Results: There was no damage to the biopsy forceps in the experimental group, and the luster of the biopsy forceps was good and the flap was closed freely. In the control group, 2 biopsy forceps were damaged, and the gloss of the biopsy forceps was dark and the jaws were not closed. Conclusion: The use of multi-enzyme cleaning solution to clean the endoscope attachment, not only to achieve the effect of cleaning and disinfection, but also to extend its service life.
