[目的 ]了解上海市金山区 0～ 1 4儿童伤害死亡情况 ,为制定防治对策提供依据。 [方法 ]统计分析 1 990～ 2 0 0 0年伤害死亡资料 ,计算死亡率、潜在减寿年数 (YPLL)、标化YPLL、YPLL标化率。 [结果 ]伤害死亡率为 2 7 67/ 1 0万 ,标化死亡率为 1 0 1 5/ 1 0万 ,居全部死因的首位。前 4位伤害死因为淹死、机动车辆交通事故、其他事故有害效应、意外跌落 ;YPLL为 1 742 0 5人年 ,YPLL标化率为 2 1 6 81‰。 [结论 ]金山区 0～ 1 4岁儿童伤害死亡居全死亡之首 ,应加强对儿童伤害死亡的预防 ,减少伤害的发生
[Objective] To understand the injury and death among 0-1 4 children in Jinshan District, Shanghai, and to provide the basis for making prevention and treatment measures. [Methods] The mortality data from 1990 to 2000 were statistically analyzed. The mortality, potential years of life lost (YPLL), standardization of YPLL and standardization of YPLL were calculated. [Results] The injury death rate was 27670000000 and the standardized mortality rate was 1051000, ranking the first place of all causes of death. The top 4 injuries due to drowsiness, motor vehicle accidents, other accidents harmful effects, accidental drop; YPLL for 1 742 0 person-year, YPLL standardization rate of 2 1 6 81 ‰. [Conclusion] The injury deaths among children aged 0 ~ 14 in Jinshan District are the first among the total deaths, and the prevention and treatment of injury and death of children should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of injuries.
