福建省东山县渔民在台湾海峡东山海域进行海上作业时 ,先后两次用拖网网起大批哺乳动物化石。这批化石种类有古凌齿象、马等哺乳类动物 ,还有鲸、蟹等水生类动物 ,是第四纪晚期 (距今约一点五至三万年 )最后一次冰川时期的古脊椎动物群种化石。这批化石与台湾先前发现的动物群
Fishermen from Dongshan County, Fujian Province, conducted large-scale mammalian fossils by using trawls twice in succession at sea in the Dongshan area of the Taiwan Strait. These fossil species are ancient spines, horses and other mammals, as well as whales, crabs and other aquatic animals, is the late Quaternary (about 150,000 to 30,000 years ago) the last glacial period of the ancient spines Animal species fossil. These fossils and Taiwan previously discovered fauna
