目的:总结社区居民健康档案建立过程中存在的问题并探讨可行措施。方法:根据工作实践进行归纳、总结。结果:社区人财匮乏,经验不足;居民观念传统,健康意识欠缺,身份各异;工作时间错位、人员流动性以及个人隐私权等问题;已建档案管理有待完善。结论:争取领导及各方面的支持,加强医护患关系的建立,重视岗前培训及建档过程中各技巧的应用,做好档案管理和随访工作是社区居民健康档案成功建立的保证。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the existing problems in the process of establishing community health files and to explore feasible measures. Methods: According to the practice of work to summarize. Results: The community lack of financial resources, lack of experience; traditional concept of residents, lack of health awareness, different identities; misplaced working hours, personal mobility and personal issues such as privacy; Archives management has yet to be improved. Conclusion: To win the leadership and support from all quarters, to strengthen the establishment of the relationship between health care and patients, pay attention to the application of skills in pre-service training and archiving, and to do a good job of file management and follow-up is the guarantee for the establishment of community health records.
