目的建立检测生活饮用水中7种微囊藻毒素(MC)异构体MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR、MC-LA、MC-LF、MC-LY、MC-LW的方法。方法生活饮用水无需任何处理,过滤后直接上机测定;水源水经煮沸处理30 min后,用C18固相萃取小柱萃取净化,5 m L 0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液洗脱,氮气吹干后用甲醇定容至1 m L,过0.22μm滤膜后上机测定。结果在0~20μg/L范围内7种微囊藻毒素的线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.998,最低检出限介于0.2~0.5μg/L间;在0.5、1.0、5.0μg/L3个浓度下加标回收,平均回收率在76.9%~113.0%之间,RSD在1.1%~11.3%之间。结论该法能快速、准确地检测生活饮用水中7种微囊藻毒素。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of seven microcystin (MC) isoforms MC-LR, MC-RR, MC-YR, MC-LA, MC-LF, MC-LY and MC-LW in drinking water. Methods The drinking water was treated without any treatment and filtered directly on the machine. After the water was boiled for 30 min, it was purified with a C18 solid phase extraction cartridge and eluted with 5 mL of 0.1% formic acid in methanol. After drying with nitrogen, Methanol volume to 1 m L, after 0.22μm filter on the machine measured. Results The linear relationships of 7 microcystins in the range of 0 ~ 20μg / L were good with a correlation coefficient of r ≥ 0.998 and a minimum detection limit of 0.2 ~ 0.5μg / L. Among 0.5, 1.0 and 5.0μg / The average recoveries ranged from 76.9% to 113.0% with RSD ranging from 1.1% to 11.3%. Conclusion The method can quickly and accurately detect seven kinds of microcystin in drinking water.
