美国著名心理学家威廉.詹姆斯曾说过:“人类本性上最深的企图之一是期望被赞美、钦佩、尊重。”希望得到他人的尊重和赞美,是人内心深处的一种愿望。赏识教育就是通过激励表扬的手段,肯定学生的优点、长处,鼓励她们不断追求成功。在师范的舞蹈教学中要充分利用赏识教育来提高教学效果,不断培养舞蹈骨干。师范生大多来自农村,舞蹈基础差,加之年龄都在17—20岁之间,骨骼发育趋于成熟,在学习中大多数学生对自己的舞蹈基础缺乏信心,对舞蹈学习缺乏兴趣,对舞蹈动作演绎困难,这时教育工作者就必须对受教育的对象学会信任,尊重、理解、激励、提醒,将赏识教育融入到舞蹈教学中,以提高学生的学习兴趣,从而促进她们不断追求成功。
