“湘二07”,是我所于1973年从湖南油菜“湘油2号”进行系统选育至1976年育成的。经鉴定,比“湘油2号”增产25.88％,比“湘油2号”结荚层密,角果粒数多,千粒重也高。1978—1980年三年在全省进行区域试验,平均亩产139.46斤,比对照“矮架早”增产15.64％。该品种在翁源县1980年实收3万亩左右,占该县油菜实收面积的92％以上。在曲江县种植5,000多亩,平均亩产120斤左右,比当地品种增产1—2成。在乐昌、仁化、乳沅等县种植面积达1万多
