广州市房地产业协会、广州市房地产学会第四次会员代表大会10月12日在广州市广州大厦举行。参加会议的代表和相关领导100多人。代表大会听取了第三届理事会的工作报告;修改两会章程;选举了两会第四届理事、常务理事、正副会长、秘书长。陈敦林当选两会会长,万苏予、区志红等23人当选副会长,许国碧当选秘书长、杜小雷当选副秘书长。大会对前任会长黄开文所作工作报告给予了充分肯定。市国土资源房屋管理局党委副书记蔡金满讲话时指出,“两会”发挥了服务、自律、协调、交流、监督作用,在当好政府助手和参谋,构架政府与企业的桥梁纽带,促进广州市房地产业持续、快速、健康发展等方面功不可没。他并要求社团工作不断创新,迎接新的机遇和挑战。随着广州市经济体制改革的不断深化,政府机构改革和职能转变,一部分原由政府直接管理的职能将逐步委托移交行业协会。
Guangzhou Real Estate Association, Guangzhou Real Estate Association fourth member congress on October 12 in Guangzhou City, Guangzhou Building. More than 100 delegates and related leaders attended the conference. The Congress listened to the report of the work of the third council; revised the constitution of the two sessions; elected the fourth council member, standing council member, vice chairman and secretary general of the two sessions. Chen Dunlin elected president of the two sessions, Wan Suyu, District Zhihong, 23 were elected vice president, Xu Guobin was elected Secretary General, Du Xiaolei was elected Deputy Secretary-General. The meeting fully affirmed the report on the work made by former chairman Huang Kaiwen. In his address to the meeting, Cai Jinmeng, deputy party secretary of the State Land Resources and Housing Administration, pointed out that the “two sessions” have played a role of service, self-discipline, coordination, exchange and supervision. They are good government aides and staffs, and form a bridge between the government and enterprises to promote Guangzhou City real estate sustained, rapid and healthy development and so on. He also demanded that community work be continuously innovated to meet new opportunities and challenges. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system in Guangzhou and the reform and transformation of the functions of government agencies, some of the functions that were directly governed by the government will gradually be entrusted to the trade associations.
