玉米属异花授粉作物,杂交率很高,根据纯系学说,这类作物的杂种优势的强弱受杂交亲本间——自交系或品种的配合力高低而定。因此测定玉米自交系或品种的配合力,研究亲本与子代的关系,找出更适合当地自然特点的组合,对提高玉米产量,具有重要意义。我们从1978年开始在研究玉米自交系和品种资源的基础上,选出46个较为理想的亲本材料,进行了以下五个方面的研究:①适宜作父本的原始材料;②适宜作母本的原始材料;③最好的组合方式;④玉米主要性状对产量影响的通径关系;⑤提出适应我区的几种主要组合。
Maize is a cross-pollinated crop with a high rate of crossbreeding. According to the pure line theory, the heterosis of these crops depends on the combining ability of the hybrid parents-inbred lines or varieties. Therefore, the determination of maize inbred lines or varieties with the ability to study the relationship between parents and offspring to find more suitable for the combination of local natural characteristics, to improve the yield of maize, is of great significance. Based on the study of maize inbred lines and variety resources since 1978, we selected 46 desirable parent materials and carried out the following five aspects: (1) appropriate for the father of the original material; (2) suitable for the mother The original material; ③ the best combination of ways; ④ major traits of corn yield on the path of relations; ⑤ proposed to adapt to my area of several major combinations.
