实现公租房制度可持续运营是一个重要的理论与现实问题。其中,公共租赁房定价与运行机制是核心。本文在分析多种定价方法利弊的基础上,提出以“市场定价、分档补贴、租补分离”为原则,建立租补分离、实际支付租金与经济承受能力相匹配的运行机制,并以杭州市某项目为例进行了演算,为公共租赁房可持续运行提供决策思路。
