教育改革是近年来教育界的工作重点,主要原因一方面是来自社会人才需求的改变,另一方面是国际教育思想的融合。新课标的提出对教育改革最大的启发是,学生需要提高学习自主性,提高他们在课堂中的地位,发挥自身的学习能力,调动积极性,成为课堂的主人。教育改革应该从细节处着手,从教育课堂入手,更要从初级教育阶段入手。选择初中语文作为教育改革的实验科目,并且根据自己的实际经验,结合学生的学习情况,对语文课堂改革提出意见,让学生成为课堂的主人,充分发挥其学习潜力,提高语文课堂效率。
