目的:研究赤丹丸新的制备工艺,优选最佳提取条件,为制备新剂型奠定基础。方法:以方中君药赤芍、丹参的主要成分芍药苷和丹参酮ⅡA的含量为检测指标,用正交试验考察了3种因素[醇的浓度(A)、溶媒量(B)、回流时间(C)]对其提取工艺的影响。结果:赤丹丸的最佳提取工艺条件为8倍量的70%乙醇回流3次,每次1.5h;再用8倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1.5h。结论:此工艺得到的提取物中有效成分含量较高、稳定、重现性好。可为赤丹丸的进一步开发提供参考。
Objective: To study the new preparation process of Chidan Pills, optimize the optimal extraction conditions and lay the foundation for the preparation of new dosage forms. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin and tanshinone ⅡA, the major constituents of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, were measured with orthogonal test. The effects of three factors (alcohol concentration (A), solvent volume (B), reflux time )] On its extraction process. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of Chidan Pills were as follows: 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol was refluxed for 3 times for 1.5 hours; then 8 times the amount of water was decocted for 3 times for 1.5 hours. Conclusion: The extract obtained by this method has high content of active ingredients, good stability and good reproducibility. It can provide a reference for the further development of Chidan Pills.
