目的高效液相色谱法测定喜炎平中穿心莲内酯磺化物的含量。方法采取高效液相色谱法,对喜炎平注射液中的穿心莲内酯磺化物含量进行测定,并对实验结果进行分析。结果通过精准的测量之后,在满足进样33.2ng~662.8ng的标准范围内,脱水穿心莲内酯的线性关系非常好,r=0.9998,其平均的回收率达到97.53%,RSD的测定结果是1.46%,明显低于2%。结论临床中采取高效液相色谱法来对喜炎平注射液中的穿心莲内酯磺化物含量进行测定,具有实验简单、操作便捷、快速、有效率较高等优势,值得积极推广运用。
Objective To determine the content of andrographolide sulfonate in Xiyanping by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The contents of andrographolide in Xiyanping injection were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the experimental results were analyzed. Results After the accurate measurement, the average linearity of the dehydroandrographolide was very good (r = 0.9998) within the standard range of 33.2ng ~ 662.8ng. The average recovery was 97.53% and the RSD was 1.46 %, Significantly lower than 2%. Conclusions The determination of andrographolide in Xiyanping injection by HPLC in clinical practice has the advantages of simple experiment, convenient operation, rapid operation and high efficiency. It is worth to be actively promoted and applied.
