介绍了研制的单量子阱半导体激光器(SQWHL)的基本结构及能带图.为了理论分析的方便,采用有效质量方法进行了理论分析和计算.其中,将超晶格的一些基本观点进行了约化,以期望更方便地应用于单量子阱结构的研究.结果表明,理论值(波长775nm)和实验值相吻合.说明将超晶格基本观点进行了约化后,有效质量方法对单量子阱结构的理论分析和计算是十分有效的方法.
The basic structure and band diagram of single quantum well semiconductor laser (SQWHL) are introduced. For the convenience of theoretical analysis, theoretical analysis and calculation are carried out with effective mass method. Among them, some basic ideas of the superlattice are reduced in order to hopefully apply to the study of single quantum well structure. The results show that the theoretical value (wavelength 775nm) and the experimental values match. After the basic idea of superlattice has been reduced, the effective mass method is very effective for the theoretical analysis and calculation of single quantum well structure.
