近几年来,在党和政府的关怀重视下,以农村劳动力为培训对象的“阳光工程”、“扶贫工程”、“惠民工程”、“温暖工程”方兴未艾。但各地对已实现转移,即已经在企业工作的农民工怎样进行培训,如何进一步提高其职业技能水平和职业道德水准尚在摸索。2007年以来,资中县按照省劳动保障厅在培训计划提出的对已在企业工作的农民工进行“提升培训”的要求,结合实际情况作了一些积极有益探索。
In recent years, under the care of the party and the government, the “sunshine project”, “poverty alleviation project”, “Huimin project”, and “warm project” of the rural labor force have been on the rise. However, various localities have been exploring how migrant workers who have already transferred their work, that is, those migrant workers who have already worked in the enterprise, have been trained on how to further improve their vocational skills and professional ethics. Since 2007, Zizhong County has made some positive and beneficial exploration based on the actual situation in accordance with the requirements of the provincial Labor and Social Security Department in the training plan on “upgrading training” of migrant workers who have worked in enterprises.
