为探讨正常及异位子宫内膜中细胞凋亡与Bcl-2及Fas表达的关系,取29例未经治疗子宫内膜异位症及9例子宫肌瘤患者内膜,按月经周期分月经期3例,中度增殖早期6例,增殖后期9例,分泌早期8例,分泌中、晚期各6例,另2例为绝经后妇女,标本包埋于O.C.T.,液氮冻存于-80℃以下。 首先用Western blot分析增殖期和分泌期内膜变化,证实Bcl-2在宫内膜中的特异表达,约26kd,且其表达强度增殖期明显大于分泌期,后将冷冻组织做6μm切片。-20℃丙酮固定10min,用于LSAB法免疫组化染色,Bcl-2及Fas单克隆抗体稀
To investigate the relationship between apoptosis and the expression of Bcl-2 and Fas in normal and ectopic endometrium, taking 29 cases of untreated endometriosis and 9 cases of uterine fibroids intima, according to menstrual cycle menstrual cycle 6 cases in early stage of moderate proliferation, 9 cases in late stage of proliferation, 8 cases in early stage of secretion, 6 cases in middle and late stage, and 2 cases in postmenopausal women.
