文秘人员在起草总结、报告及领导讲话时,经常运用统计数据论证材料观点,几乎到了无数不成文的地步.但在运用过程中,往往对统计数据有一种“按需索取,为我所用”的倾向,即不是通过分析统计数据而发现规律,而是要求统计数据为其观点服务,哪个数据合胃口就用哪个数,使法定的正确的统计数据为其不成立的观点披上合理的外衣.如何杜绝这种不良现象,使其依法用好用活统计数据,充分发挥统计数据的作用,作为一名文秘人员,应该做到以下三点:
