中国是一个农业大国,水利是农业的命脉,农田水利是农业和农村经济发展的基础设施,在改善农业生产条件、保障农业和农村经济持续稳定增长,提高农民生活水平、保护区域生态环境等方面具有不可替代的重要地位和作用。文章以临朐县城关为例分析了当前农田水利建设的现状,并提出了加强农田水利建设的对策建议。
China is an agricultural powerhouse. Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture. Farmland water conservancy is an infrastructure for agricultural and rural economic development. In terms of improving agricultural production conditions, ensuring sustained and steady growth of agriculture and rural economy, improving peasants’ living standards, and protecting regional ecological environment, etc. It has irreplaceable important status and function. This paper analyzes the status quo of farmland water conservancy construction in Linqu County as an example, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of farmland water conservancy.
