独山子炼油厂单塔汽提脱硫装置是用来处理高含硫、高含氨氮污水处理装置,始建于1994年,于1995年建成投产,设计处理量为31t/h。该装置采用的工艺是单塔加压、蒸汽汽提、侧线抽氨精制工艺,主要设备汽提塔采用40层浮阀与两段填料结合使用。该装置运行几年来,效果一直很好,净化水合格率可达到95%以上,脱硫率在99%以上,脱氨率在97%以上,并且,侧线抽出的氨经过
