在低氧状态下,骨量丢失、骨组织再生延迟,骨组织损伤后愈合缓慢甚至不愈合,种植手术后骨整合延迟;而骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)2为成骨细胞分化的中心调控因子,无论是单一的还是组合的BMP2皆参与了软骨形成和骨形成过程。本文就低氧环境下骨组织的反应,BMP2对骨整合过程中成骨细胞和破骨细胞的影响,骨整合过程中BMP2与血管内皮生长因子间的相互作用,低氧作用于BMP2的机制等研究进展作一综述。
In hypoxia, bone loss, delayed bone regeneration, slow or even nonunion after bone tissue injury, delayed osseointegration after implant surgery; and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) 2 is the central regulator of osteoblast differentiation , BMP2, both single and combined, is involved in both chondrogenesis and bone formation. In this paper, the response of bone tissue under hypoxia environment, the effect of BMP2 on osteoblasts and osteoclasts in the process of osseointegration, the interaction between BMP2 and vascular endothelial growth factor during osseointegration, the mechanism of hypoxia on BMP2, etc. The research progress is reviewed.
