存在问题与展望目前已有不少企业建立了组织培养室,主要目的是希望获得较高的经济效益。但从培育成少量的试管苗,到高速度生产一定数量的试管苗,这中间还有一段不小的距离。就目前存在的问题和今后的发展,谈几点粗浅看法。可行性分析的必要性根据植物细胞“全能性”的理论,所有的植物都有可能进行离体组织培养。但是不同的植物其生长要求、繁殖系数和生长速度差异很大;另外,不同的单位技术水平、管理经验、销售市场等情况也不一样。这些因素都直接影响经济效益的高低。如不事前作好可行性分析,将出现意料不到的困难,导致工作的失败。●种源问题;目前利用组培法进行快速繁殖(不包括脱毒苗),主要目的是尽快大量生产稀有的优良
