为校核某型重型煤矿转载机关键部件受大扭矩时的结构强度,使用有限元方法对转子中心套进行结构分析,得到转子中心套在5 300 Nm大扭矩作用下的变形量与应力。计算结果及试制样品表明,转子中心套有足够的强度和刚度。
In order to check the structural strength of the key components of a heavy coal mine reloading machine under high torque, the structure of the center sleeve of the rotor was analyzed by the finite element method. The deformation and stress of the rotor center under the high torque of 5 300 Nm were obtained. Calculation results and prototype samples show that the rotor center sleeve with sufficient strength and stiffness.
