今年正值改革开放30周年。30年来,伴随着改革开放的铿锵脚步,我省基础教育改革与发展取得了令人瞩目的成就。从“一无两有八配套”到“普九”攻坚,从“两基”巩固提高到普及高中阶段教育,从农村中小学远程教育工程到义务教育经费保障机制改革,每一项举措,都使我省基础教育事业迈上了新的起点,焕发出勃勃生机。为回顾改革开放30年来我省基础教育发展的光辉历程,从本期起,我刊特开辟“纪念改革开放30周年”专栏,每期一篇文章,全方位展现河北基础教育30年波澜壮阔的历程,敬请读者关注。
