稀释式自身输血在骨科手术中的应用与护理

稀释式自身输血又称急性等容性血液稀释(ANH),ANH一般在麻醉后、手术主要步骤开始前,抽取患者一定量自体血保存备用,同时输入胶体液或等渗晶体液补充血容量,使血液适度稀释,降低红细胞压积,使手术出血时血液的有形成分丢失减少,然后根据术中失血及患者情况将所抽取的血液术中或术后输还给患者。2008年10月～2009年10月收治骨科手术患者34例,进行ANH,取得较好的疗效。现将护理体会报告如下。
