现代沉积物的粒度特征研究表明,不同沉积环境下形成的不同类型沉积物具有不同的粒度特征。叶尔羌河流域沉积物粒度特征表明第Ⅰ类型类似于中间型沉积物,中间型沉积物具有介于流水沉积物和泥石流沉积物之间的特征。第Ⅱ类型类似于流水沉积,具有分选差,粘土和粉沙的含量小于10%等特征。粒度分析能较好地区分不同沉积物类型,反映不同的沉积环境。
The study on the grain size of modern sediments shows that different types of sediments formed under different sedimentary environments have different grain size characteristics. The grain size characteristics of the Yarkant River Basin sediment indicate that the type I is similar to the intermediate sediments, and the intermediate sediments have the characteristics of sediment-flow-sediment and debris flow-sediment. Type II is similar to runoff sedimentation, with poor sorting, clay and silt content of less than 10% and other characteristics. Particle size analysis can better distinguish between different sediment types, reflecting different depositional environments.
