顶岗实习是高职院校区别于本科院校实习的重要特点之一,也是使毕业学员在工作岗位获得竞争优势的重要手段,是高职院校学生培养的一个重要环节。是培养学生动手能力,使之成为高技能人才的重要途径。笔者结合在一汽大众集团成都分厂指导学生顶岗实习期间的工作体会,分析了高职学生顶岗实习中存在的普遍问题,究其原因,提出了解决方法和措施,以期待与企业密切合作,保障学生顶岗实习的顺利进行。
Internship is one of the important characteristics of internship in higher vocational colleges which is different from that of undergraduate colleges. It is also an important means for graduating students to gain competitive advantage in their jobs. It is an important link in the cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges. It is an important way to cultivate students’ abilities to become highly skilled personnel. The author combines the work experiences during the induction of internship with students in Chengdu Branch of FAW-Volkswagen Group, and analyzes the common problems existing in the internship of vocational students in post-vocational colleges. The reasons are put forward and the solutions and measures are put forward to look forward to working closely with the enterprises. Student internship smoothly.
