一、概述该焊机是原四川省建工局、国家建工总局先后下达的研制专题,是我所在研制出Ⅰ型双钢筋焊机(1980年通过省级鉴定)的基础上,通过实际应用总结经验后研制出来的Ⅱ型双钢筋焊机。该焊机经过400多小时工业性考核,焊出工程用双钢筋近30吨,于1985年7月通过了省级鉴定,与会代表一致认为该焊机结构新颖合理,工作稳定可靠,设计是成功的。该机采用液压夹头及输送带简化了机械结构,有噪音小、重量轻、体积小等特点,具有国内先进水平。为混凝土建筑物构件生产提供了一种新型焊接设备,见图1。
I. Overview The welder is a research topic issued by the former Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Construction and Industry and the State Administration of Industry and Construction. It is based on the development of an I-type double rebar welder (according to the provincial appraisal in 1980). The Type II double rebar welder developed after summing up experience. After more than 400 hours of industrial appraisal, this welder welded out nearly 30 tons of double steel bars for engineering use. In July 1985, it passed the provincial appraisal. The delegates agreed that the welder has a novel and reasonable structure, stable and reliable work, and the design is successful. of. This machine adopts hydraulic chucks and conveyor belts to simplify the mechanical structure, featuring low noise, light weight and small size, and it has advanced domestic level. A new type of welding equipment is provided for the production of concrete building components. See Figure 1.
