2013年3月底在上海、安徽率先发现的人感染H7N9禽流感病毒,是全球首次发现的新亚型流感病毒,随后在国内多地相继出现了人感染H7N9禽流感疫情。截至2013-05-01全国共报告127例H7N9确诊病例,死亡26例,其中上海33例,死亡13例。我院作为上海市定点收治人感染H7N9禽流感病例的医院,已经收治了18例确诊患者。现将通过体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)救治的2例重症人禽流感H7N9患者的情况报道如下。
At the end of March 2013 in Shanghai, the first human infection of H7N9 bird flu virus in Anhui was the first in the world to find a new subtype of influenza virus. Subsequently, a number of human infections of H7N9 bird flu were successively reported in the country. As of 2013-05-01 A total of 127 cases of H7N9 cases were reported nationwide, of which 26 died, of which 33 cases were Shanghai and 13 died. Our hospital as a designated hospital in Shanghai H7N9 bird flu infected cases, has been treated 18 cases of patients diagnosed. Two cases of severe human avian influenza H7N9 patients treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) are reported below.
