随着经济社会的发展,农村宅基地纠纷正呈逐年增加之势,处理难度也日益加大,正成为关系当前农村安定和谐的一个热点、焦点问题。笔者结合工作实践,分析农村宅基地纠纷产生的原因并提出相关对策。
With the development of economy and society, disputes over homesteads in rural areas have been increasing year by year, and the difficulty in handling them has also been increasing day by day. This is becoming a hot issue and a focus issue concerning the current stability and harmony in rural areas. Combining with the practice of the author, the author analyzes the causes of disputes over homesteads in rural areas and puts forward some countermeasures.
