研究黄韧带骨化与相关元素代谢变化规律,探讨骨化病困.方法:分别采用原子吸收法、磷钼酸兰比色法、氟电极等方法测定患者血清及黄韧带标本中钙、磷、镁、锌、铜、锰、钼、氟8种元素的含量.结果:钙、磷、镁、锌、铜、锰、钼在腰椎管狭窄症与胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者血清与黄韧带中均有基本一致的变化趋势,而氟在骨化组血清与黄韧带中含量均显著高于退变组与正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:胸椎黄韧带骨化早期病变与腰椎黄韧带退变在相关元素代谢水平存在相似的变化规律,提示:随代谢元素的变化,黄韧带退变可进一步发生骨化.
To study the ossification of the ligamentum flavum and its related elements, and to explore the metabolic changes of ossification. Methods: The contents of 8 elements of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, molybdenum and fluorine in serum and ligmentum flavum were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, phosphomolybdate blue colorimetry and fluoride electrode respectively. Results: The changes of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese and molybdenum in serum and ligamentum flavum of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and ligamentum flavum ossification were basically the same, The content of ligament was significantly higher than degeneration group and normal control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: There is a similar pattern of change of ossification of the ligamentum flavum in the thoracic ligamentum flavum and the degeneration of the ligamentum flavum in the related elemental metabolism, suggesting that the ossification of the ligamentum flavum may further occur with the change of metabolic elements.
