本文应用波动理论分析机床某些低频杂音产生的机理,认为机床低频杂音的重要来源之一,是机床传动系统中齿轮啮合频率与某边频在幅值接近时形成的拍现象的声音响应。从拍运动方程可知,拍信号可用频谱分析方法来识別。由此本文提出识别机床杂音的方法。
In this paper, the mechanism of some low-frequency noise generation in machine tool is analyzed by using wave theory. It is considered that one of the most important sources of low-frequency noise in machine tool is the sound response of the gear phenomenon when gear meshing frequency and certain side frequency are close to each other. It can be seen from the filming equation of motion that the beat signal can be identified by spectrum analysis method. This paper presents a method to identify machine noise.
