工匠精神是实现中国制造2025、促进企业发展、职业院校自身发展以及学生个人发展的需要。大师工作室能够为培育工匠精神的搭建平台,能促进学生工匠精神的形成,并引导学生践行工匠精神。利用大师室工作培育学生的工匠精神,要做好大师工作室的软硬件建设,营造工匠精神的氛围,要充分发挥大师的引领示范作用,并用工匠精神细化学生的实习实训行为。
